PGA JR. LEAGUE CAPTAIN REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR THE 2020 SUMMER SEASON!
The Captain registration deadline for the North Florida Section is January 26th. This ensures we have ample time to build leagues, host league meetings to create schedules, and gives you time to distribute those schedules to your consumer database!
With Captain registration now open, we want to make you aware of some key changes that families will see when searching for your programs:
Program Type: PGA Jr. League is designed to work for every facility, whether you’re offering open registration or password-protecting it. If you opt to include an Access Code with your registration, you will choose between defining this as Club Membership Only or Contact Captain for More Information. This makes it easier for families to understand the sign-up process for your program.
Schedules: Schedules are easily the biggest ask from families through our season-end surveys. While you may not have your game schedule ready when registering, just noting the days of the week you plan to hold practices –– and a general timeframe of when your season will take place –– will go a long way!
Have you considered leading your own league at your facility? You have full control over the schedule and the experience your families have in your program. Click here to read the League Toolkit for more information, which is available in the Captain Resource Center.
Meet the Coaching Staff: Introduce yourself and your Coaches to prospective PGA Jr. League families! Talk about why you love coaching and your background. Your expertise is important, because it's what sets PGA Jr. League apart from other team youth sports!
